Founded in 2001, G&G Company set out itself to be a leading fashion retail company of lux and premium brands in Kazakhstan. Today G&G has 10 successfully operating franchising mono boutiques including Fendi, MaxMara, Sergio Rossi, Weekend MaxMara, Marina Rinaldi, Simonetta Ravizza, Max&Co. in major cities of Kazakhstan – Almaty and Nur-Sultan.

Since 2008 G&G Company is suggesting donations monthly to cover wages fund of the Dara Charitable Foundation.
Since 2019 G&G Company established scholarship in NARXOZ University.

Management

Gaukhar Kapparova was born in Almaty in 1975.

 She graduated from Almaty school #35 with a gold medal in 1991; got her Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of International Economic Relations of Narxoz University, specialising in Banking; completed her studies at the Graduate School of Political Administration. She is also an Executive MBA graduate at Harvard.

 Gaukhar is now a co-founder and a CEO of G&G Glamour LLP, the largest distributor of the world famous brands of clothing, footwear and luxury accessories in Kazakhstan, an Editor-at-Large at LUX Magazine, president of the YPO Kazakhstan club (Young Presidents' Organization, which unites more than 18 thousand leaders around the world). She is also a co-founder and a member of the board of directors of the Nurlan Kapparov Charitable Foundation. She has two children.

Gulnar Dossaeva was born in Almaty in January, 1975. 

Graduated from Almaty school №105 with in-depth study of English with a gold medal in 1991; completed her studies at the Faculty of International Relations of Narxoz University with a degree in Oil Business in 1995; from 1995 to 1996 she worked as a teacher at the “International Relations" department at KazSAU; from 1996 to 2001 she worked as an assistant trade advisor at the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 In 2001 she was appointed as a General Director of G&G Glamour LLP, the largest distributor of the world famous brands of clothing, footwear and luxury accessories in Kazakhstan. From 2007 to the present, she is now the co-founder and a vice-president of the G&G Glamour LLP and the founder of the "Dara" charity foundation. She is married and has three children.
